Suggested Use: For maintaining beneficial levels of iodide in the thyroid, use the maximum daily dose. For short-term use only. Adults take 1 to 4 tablets per day. Children ages 3-12 years of age take 1 to 2 tablets per day. Children 1-3 years take 1 tablet once per day. For children under 1 year of age, consult your healthcare professional before use.
