Suggested Use - Cobalt Blue Glass Storage Bottle
DO NOT APPLY ESSENTIAL OILS DIRECTLY ON THE SKIN WITHOUT PROPERLY DILUTING IN CARRIER OIL.
- Fill bottle about 2/3 with carrier oil (about 4 teaspoons or 20ml).
- Add 8-10 drops total of individual or preferred blend of essential oils. Example: 6 drops bergamot + 4 drops cedar atlas for muscle pain massage OR 2 drops each wintergreen, eucalyptus, and oregano and rub into joints after exercise.
- Begin with small amounts and adjust dilution as necessary.
